Bona Vacantia Unclaimed Estates

The Government Legal Department have announced the temporary removal of the Bona Vacantia Unclaimed Estates list from their website.

This follows a BBC investigation that found evidence that a crime gang was using it to commit fraud worth millions of pounds.

The Ministry of Justice have confirmed the list has been removed and could not say when the list will be available online again.
